Prices
All pricing is in U.S. Dollars. Payments must be made in United
States certified funds.
Payment Methods
Payments made by approved Visa, MasterCard or certified check
will be processed the day the order is received. Personal checks
will be deposited and must clear the bank prior to shipping.
Delivery
We are committed to shipping your order as soon as possiblefrom

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling charges are added after you compete your
order in the Shopping Cart. Shipping charges are based on shipments
within the Continental United States for U.S. Postal Service "Normal"
service only. Customers outside the Continental U.S.A. or customers
requiring UPS NEXT or 2ND DAY service should call (770) 377-8304
for a shipping and handling quotation.
Warranties
All new products are warranted against defects in manufacturing
or workmanship. We will replace any products found to be defective
with comparable merchandise. We will not accept any further liability
beyond product replacement.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If defective merchandise is received, contact Fish Chemicals,
Inc. at (770) 377-8304 within 5 days of receipt of package for a Return Authorization
Number (RMA) (we will not except a returned package from you without
an authorized RMA). If your shipment appears to be damaged upon
arrival do not accept the shipment. If you do accept Damaged Goods
from the Common Carrier, you must make a claim with the Carrier.
Defective merchandise will be replaced only after Snag Proof Manufacturing,
Inc. has verified the defects.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.

Typos on this site are a possibility. Fish Chemicals, Inc. makes
no guarantee as to the validity of any information, price or description
in this web site. If any price is invalid, Fish Chemicals, Inc.
will make every effort to inform you prior to billing.
